This month, we’ll be dancing to live music from the Stealin’ Apples Jazz Band.
Lead by Shane Allen, a swing pianist, bandleader, and dancer, the Stealin’ Apples Jazz Band is a new group out of Eugene, Oregon. The band features the hardest-swinging musicians this side of South Sister, with a songbook focused on the most danceable swing tunes ever recorded by bands from Count Basie’s Orchestra to Benny Goodman’s small groups.
